How to Use - Salt Soak
Our Salt Soak is great for helping to reduce muscle tension and cramps, reduce inflammation, and soothe soreness. It can also help to detoxify the body and moisturise the skin. Using our Salt Soak can provide a range of physical and mental benefits, helping to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve skin health, while providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It is the perfect way to unwind and just allow the body to repair and recharge.
Below are the steps to use our Salt Soak blend as a bath soak or a foot soak:
As a bath soak:
- It's that time! Let's run a bath.
- Use our wooden spoon to place a handful of Salt Soak onto your palm and mix into warm running water.
- It's time to unwind, relax and detoxify.
- Take some nice deep breaths and let yourself recharge.
- We like to light some candles and listen to music (this is optional, remember this is your self care!)
- For best results, use the Salt Soak twice a week.
As a foot soak:
- You can run a bath or you can simply use a foot bowl.
- Use our wooden spoon to place a handful of Salt Soak onto your palm and mix into warm running water.
- It's time to unwind, relax and detoxify.
- Take some nice deep breaths and let yourself recharge. Fun fact the pores in your feet can be unclogged with the help of Epsom salts.
- We like to light some candles and listen to music (this is optional, remember this is your self care!)
- For best results, use the Salt Soak twice a week.
